Confident Group has launched its new residential project in Liwan, Dubai. The construction is targeted to be completed within 16 months. The new project has been named Confident Preston. Confident Group Managing Director, Rohit Roy, inaugurated the construction works. Known as a debt-free real estate developer from South India, Confident Group has entered Dubai’s real estate market with a strong reputation. The new project is designed with a focus on superior architecture, luxury, and environmental sustainability, Rohit Roy stated. Chairman Dr. C.J. Roy also attended the ceremony.
