Dubai: The foundation stone for Confident Preston, a landmark project by South India’s leading real estate developers, Confident Group, was laid in Liwan, Dubai. The construction works were officially inaugurated by Rohit Roy, Managing Director of Confident Group Dubai. The group’s Chairman, Dr. C.J. Roy, also graced the occasion.
He elaborated on the company’s development plans in the UAE. “Our vision at Confident Group Dubai is to create exceptional living spaces that blend luxury, innovation, and social values,” said Dr. C.J. Roy.
The new project comes on the heels of the successful delivery of Confident Lancaster, which was completed and marketed in just 11 months.
